Trust Trace LK does not require user accounts. When you submit a shop name for investigation, that name is processed by our servers to perform the search. We do not intentionally collect personal identifiers such as your name, email address, or phone number unless you voluntarily provide them through contact channels.
Your investigation history and saved cases are stored locally in your browser using localStorage. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly share a case file. Clearing your browser data will remove your history.
We use Google Maps Platform and web search services to gather public information about shops. These services may collect technical data (such as IP address) subject to their own privacy policies. We do not control how third parties handle this data.
Investigation results are generated using AI analysis of publicly available data. The AI provider may process query data in accordance with their privacy terms. We do not use your queries to train AI models.
Server-side search logs are retained only as long as necessary for service operation and security. We do not retain identifiable user profiles because we do not collect them.
We do not use tracking cookies. The only local storage we use is for your investigation history and theme preference, both of which are stored on your device and are fully under your control.
