Who qualifies?

- Certified diploma and professional-course students (with valid ID).
- Homeschool students with a verifiable school affiliation.
- Teachers and academic staff can also apply β mention it in your notes.
What you need to sign up
- Your school / university email (or student portal email).
- A strong password so you can sign in later.
- A clear photo of your student ID (front side, name & photo visible).
- Your full name as printed on the ID.
- Your school or university name and country.
How verification works
- You submit the form below with your details and student ID picture.
- The PROEDGE team reviews your application (usually within a few hours).
- If approved, your account is flagged as a verified student and a personal discount % is set for you.
- The discount is applied automatically at checkout on eligible products.
- Some products get a fixed special student price instead β you'll see it clearly on the product page.
Privacy & safety
Your student ID picture is stored in a private, encrypted bucket that only you and the PROEDGE verification team can access. We never share it, never post it publicly, and delete it on request. Your email is only used for verification and order notifications.
Fair use rules
- The discount is for personal, educational use β not for resale.
- One verified account per real student. Duplicate accounts get suspended.
- If you graduate, keep enjoying your discount for the rest of the academic year β after that we'll ask you to re-verify.
- Any attempt to submit a fake or edited ID results in a permanent ban across our platform.

How long is my student discount active?
For the full academic year after approval. We'll ask you to re-verify next year to keep it going.
Can I use my discount on already-discounted items?
Yes β the student discount is applied on top of the current effective price whenever a personal % is set. If a product has a fixed student price, that takes priority.
Do regular Gmail users get a discount?
No. Regular Gmail accounts without a valid student ID picture do not receive a discount β but you can still shop normally without any verification.
Is my student ID safe?
Yes. It's stored in a private, encrypted bucket and only the verification team can access it. You can request deletion at any time.
What if my school doesn't issue email addresses?
Submit anyway with a clear student ID picture and a note explaining your situation. The team reviews each case individually.
